Prepare Tea

Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.

Steep Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat. Add 4 teaspoons of black tea leaves or 4 tea bags to the hot water. Let it steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

Strain Tea
If using loose tea leaves, strain the tea into a teapot or heatproof pitcher to remove the leaves. If using tea bags, simply remove them.

Stir in 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of honey into the hot tea until fully dissolved.

Add Lemon Juice and Milk
Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 0.5 cups of milk to the tea. Stir well to combine.
