Method
Preparing the Taco Shells

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to warm the taco shells.

Warm Taco Shells
Place the hard shell taco shells on a baking sheet and warm them in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes.
Preparing the Ground Beef Filling

Cook Ground Beef
Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Seasoning and Water
Stir in taco seasoning and water. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.

Cook Chicken
In a pot, cook the chicken breast in water until fully cooked, about 15-20 minutes. Shred the chicken once cooked.

Fill Taco Shells
Take a warmed taco shell and add a generous scoop of the ground beef filling, followed by the shredded beef or red chicken filling.

Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, and sliced jalapeños to taste.
