Method

Wonton Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Fill the Wontons

Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 teaspoon of the pork mixture in the center. Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper over to form a triangle, and press to seal. Then, bring the two corners of the triangle together and pinch to seal completely. Repeat with remaining wrappers.

Meatball Preparation

  1. 3

    Make the Meatball Mixture

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.

  2. 4

    Form the Meatballs

Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Set aside.

Noodle Dish Preparation

  1. 5

    Cook the Noodles

In a pot of boiling water, cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. 6

    Prepare the Broth

In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer over medium heat. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil.

  3. 7

    Cook the Meatballs and Wontons

Gently add the meatballs and wontons to the simmering broth. Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and the wontons float to the top.

  4. 8

    Assemble the Dish

In serving bowls, place a portion of the cooked noodles. Ladle the broth with meatballs and wontons over the noodles. Garnish with sliced green onions.
