Chicken Preparation

Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and set aside.

Coat the Chicken
In a bowl, whisk the eggs. In another bowl, place the cornstarch. Dip each chicken strip first in the egg, then coat in cornstarch. Set aside on a plate.
Cooking Chicken

Heat Oil
In a large frying pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Fry the Chicken
Fry the coated chicken strips in batches until golden and crisp, about 4-5 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Making the Sauce

Combine Sauce Ingredients
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame seeds.
Combining and Serving

Toss Chicken with Sauce
In a large bowl, combine the fried chicken strips with the sesame sauce. Toss until the chicken is well coated.

Garnish and Serve
Plate the sesame chicken and garnish with sliced green onions and additional sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
