Prepare the Chicken

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine the chicken breast, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Make the Wontons

Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, chopped green onions, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.

Wrap the Wontons
Place a teaspoon of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Wet the edges with water, fold over to form a triangle, and press the edges to seal. You can also bring the two corners together to form a pouch.
Cook the Noodle Dish

Cook the Noodles
In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Wontons
In the same wok, add the wontons and fry until golden brown on both sides, approximately 3-4 minutes. Add a little more oil if necessary.

Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked noodles and vegetables to the wok with the chicken and wontons. Drizzle with soy sauce and toss everything together to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Serve the Dish
