Method

Pork Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Pork

Rub the pork tenderloin with salt and black pepper evenly on all sides.

  2. 2

    Sear the Pork

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned pork tenderloin and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.

  3. 3

    Cook the Pork

Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the skillet, and cook the pork for about 15-20 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Noodle Preparation

  1. 4

    Boil Water

In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

  2. 5

    Cook Noodles

Add the egg noodles to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions, usually about 5-7 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside.

BBQ Sauce Preparation

  1. 6

    Mix BBQ Sauce

In a bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until smooth.

  2. 7

    Coat the Pork

Once the pork has rested, slice it into thin strips. In the same skillet used for the pork, add the BBQ sauce mixture and the sliced pork. Heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes, ensuring the pork is well coated.

Assembly

  1. 8

    Combine Ingredients

In a large serving bowl, add the cooked noodles and top with the BBQ pork mixture. Toss gently to combine.

  2. 9

    Garnish

Chop the green onions and sprinkle them over the noodle and pork mixture. Add sesame seeds for extra flavor and crunch.
