Marinating the Pork

Marinate the Pork
Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips and add to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking the Pork

Cook the Pork
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Once hot, add the marinated pork and cook until it is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
Frying the Rice

Prepare the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of sesame oil. Add the diced carrots, green peas, bell pepper, and half of the chopped green onions. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Add the Rice
Add the cooked white rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables. Make sure to break up any clumps of rice.

Combine with Pork
Add the cooked pork back into the skillet with the rice and vegetables. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

Season the Rice
Season with salt and sprinkle black sesame seeds to taste. Stir-fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Remove from heat, garnish with the remaining chopped green onions, and serve hot.
