Sub Sandwich Preparation

Prepare the Roll
Slice the hoagie roll lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Layer the Ingredients
Start by spreading mayonnaise and mustard on the inside of the roll.

Add Meats and Cheese
Layer the turkey breast followed by the slice of provolone cheese.

Add Vegetables
Top with lettuce, sliced tomato, and pickles.

Close the Sandwich
Fold the sandwich together and slice in half if desired.

Prepare Potato Chips or Cole Slaw
Choose either potato chips or cole slaw to accompany the sandwich. If using cole slaw, serve it in a separate small container.
Dessert Preparation

Serve the Cookie
Place the chocolate chip cookie on the side of the lunch box.
