Cook the Spaghetti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Bolognese Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, carrot, and celery. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are soft.

Add Garlic and Beef
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

Combine with Tomatoes
Add the crushed canned tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

Simmer the Sauce
Reduce heat to low and let the sauce simmer for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve
Serve the Bolognese sauce over the cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
