Daikon Soy Dipping Sauce

Cooking the Fish

Prepare the Fish
Clean and scale the whole fish, then pat it dry with paper towels. Season inside and out with salt and black pepper.

Coat the Fish
Dredge the fish in all-purpose flour, ensuring an even coat on both sides.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet or deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Fry the Fish
Carefully place the coated fish in the hot oil and fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Preparing the Daikon Soy Dipping Sauce

Mix the Ingredients
In a bowl, combine grated daikon radish, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar. Stir well to mix.

Add chopped green onions to the sauce and mix again.
