Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Cube the paneer and chop the heirloom tomatoes, shallots, bell peppers, and pimentos into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Heat the Wok

In a large wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Aromatics

Add the minced garlic and shallots to the wok. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and the shallots are translucent.

  4. 4

    Add the Vegetables

Add the bell peppers, heirloom tomatoes, and pimentos to the wok. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  5. 5

    Incorporate the Paneer

Gently add the cubed paneer to the vegetable mixture. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes, ensuring the paneer is heated through.

  6. 6

    Season the Dish

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil. Serve hot.
