Instructions

1. Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken thighs and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

2. Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce

In a separate bowl, mix grated cucumber, plain Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and chopped dill. Stir until well combined, then refrigerate until ready to use.

3. Cook the Chicken

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

4. Toast the Pita

While the chicken is resting, toast the pita bread on the grill or in a toaster until warm and slightly crispy.

5. Assemble the Wraps

Slice the cooked chicken and place it on the toasted pita. Top with a generous amount of tzatziki sauce. Fold the pita around the filling.
