Brownie Preparation

  1. 1

    Melt Chocolate and Butter

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together until smooth. Stir to combine.

  2. 2

    Mix Sugars and Eggs

In a separate bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until well combined. Add melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.

  3. 3

    Combine Dry Ingredients

In another bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

  4. 4

    Bake

Pour brownie batter into a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Pretzel Crunch Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare Pretzel Crunch

Melt butter in a bowl, then mix in brown sugar. Add crushed mini pretzels and chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.

    Bake Crunch

Spread pretzel mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool before breaking into pieces.

    Make Fudge Sauce

In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just boiling. Remove from heat and add dark chocolate and sugar. Stir until smooth, then add vanilla extract.
