In a large pot, heat 3 liters of water to approximately 70°C (158°F). Add the pale malt and wheat malt, stirring well to combine. Maintain the temperature for 60 minutes, then rinse the grains with additional hot water.

Mash the Grains

Bring the rinsed wort to a boil. Once boiling, add the Hallertau hops and boil for 60 minutes. Add the Bavarian hops during the last 15 minutes of the boil.

Boil the Wort

After boiling, cool the wort quickly using a wort chiller or an ice bath until it reaches around 20°C (68°F).

Cool the Wort

Transfer the cooled wort to a sanitized fermenter and add the yeast. Seal the fermenter with an airlock and let it ferment at room temperature for 1-2 weeks.

Ferment

Once fermentation is complete, dissolve the corn sugar in a small amount of boiling water. Add this to the beer before bottling to help carbonate. Bottle the beer and cap securely.

Bottle the Beer

Let the bottles sit at room temperature for another 1-2 weeks to carbonate. After that, refrigerate and enjoy your 21 Jump Wheat Beer!
