Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Cook the Eggs

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook them to your desired doneness: sunny-side-up, over-easy, or scrambled.

Meats

  1. 2

Cook the Irish Bangers, Rashers, and Black Pudding

In the same skillet, add the Irish bangers and rashers. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until browned. Add the slice of black pudding to the skillet during the last 2-3 minutes of cooking to warm through.

Vegetables

  1. 3

    Grill the Tomato and Mushrooms

While the meats are cooking, slice the tomato in half and clean the mushrooms. Place them on the grill or in a separate skillet with a little oil, cooking until the tomato is slightly charred and the mushrooms are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Beans

  1. 4

    Heat the Baked Beans

In a small pot, heat the baked beans over medium heat until warmed through, about 5 minutes.

Bread

  1. 5

    Serve the Soda Bread

Toast the slice of soda bread lightly and serve it on the side of the plate.

Assembly

  1. 6

    Plate the Irish Breakfast

Arrange the cooked eggs, Irish bangers, rashers, black pudding, grilled tomato, mushrooms, and baked beans on a large plate. Serve with the toasted soda bread on the side.
