Cooking Directions
Cook the Noodles
Bring a pot of water to boil. Add the yakisoba noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Vegetables
While the noodles are cooking, heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the shredded cabbage, julienned carrot, and sliced bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Add the Proteins
Add the yakibuta and kamaboko to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Combine Everything
Add the cooked yakisoba noodles to the skillet along with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together to combine well. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot. Enjoy your family-style Yakisoba with Kamaboko!
