Preparation Steps

1

Prepare the Broth

In a large pot, bring the pork bone broth to a simmer over medium heat. Add minced ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili oil. Allow it to simmer for 20 minutes for the flavors to meld.

2

Cook the Noodles

In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

3

Assemble the Ramen Bowls

In a bowl, place a portion of cooked ramen noodles. Ladle the hot broth over the noodles and add slices of chashu pork, soft-boiled eggs, bamboo shoots, green onions, and nori.

4

Add Spice

Drizzle sriracha to taste over the assembled ramen for extra heat. Adjust the amount of chili oil if you prefer more spiciness.

5

Serve

Serve immediately and enjoy your spicy tonkotsu ramen!
