Prepare the Dashi Broth

In a pot, bring the dashi broth to a gentle simmer over medium heat.

Cook the Ramen Noodles

In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, usually around 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Blanch the Bean Sprouts

In the same pot of boiling water, blanch the bean sprouts for about 1-2 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

Slice the Kamaboko

Thinly slice the kamaboko into rounds.

Chop the Negi

Chop the negi (green onion) into thin slices.

Assemble the Ramen

In a bowl, place the cooked ramen noodles, ladle the hot dashi broth over the noodles, and top with blanched bean sprouts, sliced kamaboko, and chopped negi. Finally, add a piece of kazami nori on top.

Serve

Serve immediately and enjoy your small size ramen!
