Prepare Dashi Broth

In a large pot, bring the dashi broth to a simmer over medium heat.

Add Soy Sauce and Mirin

Add the soy sauce and mirin to the simmering dashi broth, stirring well to combine. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.

Cook Ramen Noodles

In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Assemble the Ramen Bowls

In each serving bowl, place a portion of cooked ramen noodles. Pour the hot shoyu broth over the noodles.

Add Toppings

Top each bowl with chopped green onions, a soft-boiled egg (halved), nori, bamboo shoots, and sliced pork or chicken.

Finish with Sesame Oil

Drizzle a teaspoon of sesame oil over each bowl before serving.
