Cheesecake Base
Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F). In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Gradually add to the cream cheese mixture while alternating with milk until well combined.

Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool completely.

Mango or Green Tea Topping
Dissolve gelatin in warm water and set aside. If using mango, mix mango puree with sugar and spread over the cooled cheesecake.

For green tea topping, mix matcha powder with water and sugar, then add the dissolved gelatin. Spread over the cooled cheesecake.

Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving.
