1. Make the Feta Dressing
In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
2. Prepare the Pita
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Place the pita bread on the grill for about 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly toasted.
3. Assemble the Sandwich
Spread a generous amount of the feta dressing on each toasted pita. Layer the sliced turkey, ham, cooked bacon, lettuce, and tomato on top.
4. Serve
Top with crumbled feta cheese and close the pita. Cut in half and serve immediately.
