Grilled Filet

Maine Lobster Tail

Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Baked Cheddar Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork. Bake for 45-60 minutes until tender. Once cooked, slice open, and fluff the insides with a fork. Mix in sour cream, half the cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper. Top with remaining cheese and place back into the oven for another 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

2

Prepare the Vegetable Medley

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mixed vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.

Grilling

3

Grill the Filet Mignon

Preheat the grill to high heat. Rub filet mignon with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

4

Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, paprika, and salt. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat. Grill, shell side down, for about 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque.
