Meatloaf Preparation

1. Preheat and Prepare

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

2. Shape and Bake

Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf. Spread ketchup on top for added flavor. Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

Mushroom Gravy Preparation

3. Sauté Mushrooms

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

4. Make Gravy

Stir in flour, cook for 1 minute, then gradually whisk in beef broth and soy sauce. Simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Herb Mashed Potatoes Preparation

5. Boil Potatoes

In a large pot, boil peeled and chopped potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

6. Mash and Season

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.

Sautéed Green Beans Preparation

7. Sauté Green Beans

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté until translucent. Add green beans, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
