Wash the Romaine lettuce under cold running water. Shake off excess water and dry with a salad spinner or pat with paper towels. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Add the croutons to the bowl with the lettuce. Set aside while you prepare the dressing.

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and anchovy paste (if using).

Using a whisk or fork, mix all the ingredients together until well combined and smooth.

Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad mixture of Romaine lettuce and croutons.
