Preparing the Shrimp

Cook the Shrimp
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and are opaque. Drain and cool under cold water. Set aside.

Prepare the Acapulco Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine the tomato juice, lime juice, salt, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce (if using). Mix well.

Mix the Ingredients
In a large serving bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, diced cucumber, diced avocado, pico de gallo, and chopped cilantro.

Add the Sauce
Pour the Acapulco sauce over the shrimp and vegetable mixture. Gently toss to combine everything evenly.
Serving

Chill and Serve
Cover the shrimp cocktail and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill. Serve cold in cocktail glasses or bowls.
