Method

Pasta Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Linguini

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguini and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Drain the Pasta

Once cooked, drain the linguini and set aside. Reserve a small cup of pasta water in case you need it to adjust the sauce later.

Seafood Cooking

  1. 3

    Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

  2. 4

    Cook the Seafood

Add the shrimp, scallops, and mussels to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and the scallops are opaque. The mussels should open up; discard any that remain closed.

Sauce Assembly

  1. 5

    Add Tomatoes and Wine

Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet, followed by the white wine. Stir to combine and let simmer for 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes soften.

  2. 6

    Season the Sauce

Stir in the chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well and let it cook for another minute.

Combine and Serve

  1. 7

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked linguini to the skillet with the seafood sauce. Toss gently to combine. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.

  2. 8

    Serve

Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
