Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

In a large pot of boiling salted water, add the clams and cook until they open, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat, cool slightly, and remove the meat from the shells. Set aside. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and cook the Mexican wild prawns for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Drain and let cool, then peel and devein the prawns. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the seafood is cooking, chop the avocado, tomato, and cucumber into small cubes. Set aside in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Cook the Eggs

In a small pot, bring water to a boil and gently add the eggs. Boil for 9-10 minutes for hard-boiled eggs. Remove from heat, cool in ice water, peel, and chop. Set aside.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Dungeness crab meat, cooked clams, and prawns. Gently fold in the chopped avocado, tomato, and cucumber. Add the chopped eggs and mix carefully to avoid breaking the avocado.

  2. 5

    Serve

Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl. You can garnish with fresh herbs like cilantro or parsley if desired. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
