Chicken Wings Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2
Prepare the Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 3
Season the Wings
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss until they are evenly coated.
- 4
Arrange on Baking Sheet
Place the seasoned chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are not touching.
- 5
Bake the Wings
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the wings are crispy and cooked through, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
- 6
Coat with Buffalo Sauce
Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

Mix the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled blue cheese, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- 8
Whisk Until Smooth
Using a whisk, mix the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
- 9
Chill the Dressing
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the blue cheese dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
