Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, sea salt, black pepper, and chopped thyme to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Fish

Clean the Black Sea Bream, making sure to remove any scales and entrails. Make a few diagonal cuts on each side of the fish. Place the fish in a large dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for better flavor.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Grill

Preheat your charcoal grill to a medium-high temperature. Make sure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

  4. 4

    Grill the Fish

Remove the fish from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off. Place the fish on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on one side. Carefully flip the fish and grill for another 5-7 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with lemon slices and additional fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.
