Method

Prepare the Beef Patty

  1. 1

    Mix Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until well combined.

  2. 2

    Form Patties

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties, about ¾ inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.

Cook the Fries

  1. 3

    Prepare Fries

Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen fries package. Spread the frozen French fries on a baking sheet.

  2. 4

    Bake Fries

Drizzle vegetable oil over the fries and toss to coat. Sprinkle with salt to taste. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Cook the Burger Patty

  1. 5

    Heat Grill or Pan

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 6

    Cook Patties

Place the patties on the grill or skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 7

    Prepare Ingredients

Slice the tomato into thick slices.

  2. 8

    Build the Burger

Toast the burger buns lightly if desired. On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, the cooked patty, and top with the other half of the bun.
