Brew Coffee
Brew strong coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature.

Prepare Cream Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.

Soak Ladyfingers
Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the cooled coffee, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

Layer the Ingredients
In a serving dish, create a layer of soaked ladyfingers, followed by a layer of the mascarpone mixture. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.

Chill
Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.

Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with dark chocolate shavings.
