Gather all ingredients: white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, crushed ice, and garnishes.

In a blender, combine 2 oz of white rum, 1 oz of coconut cream, 6 oz of pineapple juice, and 1 cup of crushed ice.

Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy, approximately 30 seconds.
