Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade. Add the salmon fillets and coat them evenly. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is marinating, wash and cut the asparagus, bell peppers, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Grilling

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-450°F or 190-230°C).

  2. 4

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets directly on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.

  3. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

While the salmon is grilling, place the prepared vegetables in a grill basket or directly on the grill. Grill them for about 5-10 minutes, tossing occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 6

    Serve

Once both the salmon and vegetables are grilled, remove them from the grill. Serve the grilled salmon on a plate with the seasonal vegetables on the side. Garnish with lemon wedges if desired.
