Ice Cream Base Preparation

    In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until the sugar is completely dissolved.

    Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or until thoroughly chilled.

Flavoring the Ice Cream

    Choose Your Flavor

    Select one of the flavor variations you want to make: Coconut, Taro, Mango, or Thai Tea.

    Add Flavoring Ingredients

    For Coconut Ice Cream, stir in the coconut milk into the chilled base. For Taro, mix in taro powder. For Mango, add mango puree. For Thai Tea, steep the tea leaves in boiling water for 5 minutes, then strain and add the brewed tea to the mixture.

Churning and Freezing
