Wash and Prepare Vegetables

Cut the Cucumbers
Slice the cucumber into thin rounds. If you prefer, you can peel it before slicing.
- 3
Halve the Cherry Tomatoes
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half to make them easier to eat and add them to the bowl with mixed greens.
- 4
Combine Salad Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the washed mixed greens, sliced cucumber, and halved cherry tomatoes.
Making the Dressing
- 5
Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper, Dijon mustard, and honey until well combined.
- 6
Dress the Salad
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to ensure all the ingredients are evenly coated.
Serving the Salad
- 7
Serve Immediately
Transfer the salad to serving plates or bowls and enjoy fresh. Optionally, you can garnish with additional toppings like croutons or nuts.
