Preparation

1

Prepare the cured meats

Slice the prosciutto, salami, and capicola into thin pieces. Arrange them on a large serving platter.

2

Prepare the cheeses

Tear the mozzarella into bite-sized pieces, shave the parmesan, and crumble the gorgonzola. Add these cheese components to the platter next to the meats.

3

Add the olives

Place the Kalamata and green olives in small bowls or directly on the platter to add color and flavor.

4

Include marinated vegetables

Arrange the roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, and marinated mushrooms in clusters on the platter.

5

Add accompaniments

Garnish the platter with fresh basil leaves and drizzle balsamic glaze over the arrangement. Serve with crusty bread or breadsticks on the side.
