Prepare Chicken

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Dredge the Chicken
Place flour in a shallow dish. In another dish, beat the eggs. In a third dish, place breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan cheese. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a baking dish.

Top with Cheese
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over each chicken breast and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Cook the Spaghetti
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add crushed tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Combine Spaghetti and Sauce
Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Stir in fresh basil leaves.

Serve the spaghetti pomodoro on a plate and top with the baked chicken parmesan.
