Prepare the Rice

    Cook Coconut Rice

    Rinse 1 cup of jasmine rice and cook it in a rice cooker with 1 cup of coconut milk and 1 cup of water until fluffy.

Make the Papaya Slaw

    Combine Slaw Ingredients

    In a bowl, mix shredded papaya, shredded carrot, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss well and set aside.

Prepare the Dressing

    Blend Carrot Miso Dressing

    In a blender, combine chopped carrot, white miso paste, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and water. Blend until smooth.

Assemble the Bowl

    Create the Poke Bowl

    In a serving bowl, layer coconut rice, followed by diced ahi tuna, papaya slaw, and crispy wontons. Drizzle carrot miso dressing on top and add chili crisp. If desired, add sliced avocado.
