Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Season the top sirloin steak with salt and black pepper on both sides. Let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Lobster

In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Add the lobster tail and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Cook the Asparagus

In a separate pot, bring water to a boil. Add asparagus and cook for about 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain and toss with remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, salt, and pepper.

  5. 5

    Serve

Slice the steak and plate it with the lobster tail and crispy mashed potatoes alongside the asparagus. Enjoy your meal!
