Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Crab Cake

In a large bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, green onions, and breadcrumbs. Gently mix until combined. Add the beaten egg and fold carefully to avoid breaking the crab meat. Form into patties.

2

Cook the Crab Cake

In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the crab cakes and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.

3

Cook the Steak

Season the sirloin steak with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, add olive oil and heat over high heat. Sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if desired. Remove from heat and let rest.

4

Prepare Mashed Potatoes and Vegetables

Reheat the crispy mashed potatoes in the oven or microwave. Steam or sauté seasonal vegetables until tender.

5

Plate the Dish

On a plate, serve the steak alongside the crab cake, crispy mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.
