Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fennel

Trim the fennel bulb, remove the fronds, and slice it thinly. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat, add the fennel, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Ravioli

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the ravioli according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Grill the Steak

Season the sirloin steak with salt and black pepper. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Lobster-Lemon Butter Sauce

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add lemon juice and prawns, cooking until prawns are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Combine and Serve

In a large serving dish, combine the cooked ravioli, sautéed fennel, and halved gem tomatoes. Pour the lobster-lemon butter sauce over the top and toss gently. Serve with sliced grilled sirloin on the side, garnished with fresh parsley.
