1. Prepare the Seafood

Dice the scallops and prawns into small, even pieces. Place them in a non-reactive bowl.

2. Make the Dressing

In a blender, combine the chopped lemongrass, pineapple juice, lime juice, salt, and blend until smooth.

3. Combine Ingredients
