Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

2

Sear the Chicken

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3

Sauté Vegetables

In the same skillet, add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until onion is translucent. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for an additional 5 minutes until mushrooms are tender.

4

Make the Sauce

Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream. Allow the sauce to thicken slightly for about 3-4 minutes.

5

Combine Chicken and Sauce

Return the seared chicken breasts to the skillet, coating them in the creamy mushroom sauce. Let simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

6

Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top before serving. Enjoy your Mushroom Chicken!
