Hot Wings
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels. Season them with salt and black pepper.
- 2
Bake the Wings
Place the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- 3
Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add Frank’s hot sauce and garlic powder. Stir to combine, and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
- 4
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are baked, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat them evenly.
- 5
Serve
Serve the hot wings immediately with your choice of creamy blue cheese dip.
