    Prepare the Wings

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.

    Bake the Wings

    Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

    Make the Parmesan Dip

    In a separate bowl, mix together the parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chopped fresh parsley until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
