Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the potatoes into fries and toss with olive oil and salt. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.

  2. 2

    Cook the Seafood

In a bowl, mix shrimp and cod with olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side. Cook the cod for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.

  3. 3

    Make the Guacamole

In a bowl, mash the avocados and mix in lime juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, diced tomato, and salt to taste.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Tacos

Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet. Fill each tortilla with a mix of shrimp and cod, a generous scoop of guacamole, and drizzle with Valentina's hot sauce. Serve with fries on the side.
