Season the CAB sirloin steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the garlic butter. Add the steak and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached.
Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
In a bowl, combine rocket greens and halved cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, tossing to coat.
Prepare the frozen French fries according to package instructions, typically baking at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy. Season with salt to taste.
