Frying Cauliflower

    Prepare the Cauliflower

    Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

    Make the Batter

    In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, cumin, and salt. Gradually add water until a smooth batter forms.

    Fry the Cauliflower

    Heat oil in a deep pan. Dip cauliflower florets in the batter and fry until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Making Guacamole

    Mash the Avocado

    In a bowl, mash the avocados with a fork.

    Add lime juice, salt, diced onion, chopped cilantro, and diced tomato. Mix until well combined.

Assembling the Tacos
