Turkey

Prepare the Turkey
Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Rub the turkey with softened butter, then season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and herbs. Place the turkey in a roasting pan.

Roast the Turkey
Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for approximately 13-15 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let it rest before carving.
Stuffing

Prepare the Stuffing
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and celery, sauté until soft. In a large bowl, combine stale bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, chicken broth, cranberries, parsley, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Bake the Stuffing
Transfer stuffing to a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.

Mash the Potatoes
Add butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper to the potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy.
Gravy

Make the Gravy
In a saucepan, combine turkey drippings with flour over medium heat. Whisk until smooth. Gradually add chicken broth and continue whisking until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Pumpkin Pie

Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, sugar, spices, and eggs until smooth.

Bake the Pie
Pour filling into the pie crust and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes.
