Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, slice the mushrooms, mince the garlic, and chop the onion.

2

Cook the Chicken

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and black pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

3

Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.

4

Make the Sauce

Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

5

Combine Everything

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper as needed.

6

Serve

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy your Mushroom Chicken!
